Vegan Sour Cream


Trying to cut out dairy but your tacos just aren't the same without sour cream? Well here you go!


Ingredients:


- 1 Cup Raw Cashews (Soaked overnight or at least 3 hrs)

- 2 Lemons

- 1/2 C Water

- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast


1.) Place cashews in a container and cover with purified water. Soak overnight (or at least 3 hours). Drain and rinse well and add to blender jar.

2.) Juice lemons and add to blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. 


3.) Place in fridge to chill. Will keep for about a week or two. Enjoy!
