I’m so excited to be doing product reviews for Natures Fare Markets. I shop there all of the time (which is why they asked me 😉) and they've given me free reign to choose the products I want, so of course I said yes! Just think it's important to have transparency and let you know that this is a local store that I support which carries ingredients and products that I love (and usually can't find anywhere else.)
Today I'm reviewing a local Okanagan product called "Swheatgrass" that recently arrived at Natures Fare Markets (you can find it in the freezer section.) It's a package of 28 individual frozen portions of fresh pressed wheatgrass juice. These little pucks are full of goodness. One puck is equivalent to 2.5 pounds of green leafy vegetables and is an amazing detoxifier. I don't know about you but I don't own a juicer, so I love how convenient and fresh tasting these are!
I just throw a couple pucks in a glass of water with some fresh lemon juice for a quick and delicious detox bevy. The wheatgrass is naturally a bit sweet so you don't have to add any sweetener. If you're not a fan of the flavour but want all of the green benefits, you can throw a couple pucks in your favourite smoothie! Learn more about how great wheatgrass is for you at www.swheatgrass.ca
Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
