Roasted red Pepper Hummus


• 1 19oz can chickpeas
• 1 roasted red pepper

• 1 lemon, juiced
• 2 Tbsp Tahini
• 1/4 tsp cayenne
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• Salt to taste
• little water


Drain and rinse chickpeas and add to food processor.
Add red pepper after roasting it and the juice of one lemon, tahini, spices and salt to taste. Add water if needed until you reach the consistency you like.
