Rainbow Salad Rolls

One of my all time favorite meals to make. You can add anything you want to them and they taste amazing! These are filled with  lettuce, carrots, red pepper, beets, purple cabbage, sugar snap peas, zoodles and taro root. Just grab some rice paper wraps and get rolling!

Dipping Sauce:

• 1 Tbsp Tahini
• 1 Tbsp Tamari
• 1 Tbsp Miso Paste
• 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
• 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast • 3 Tbsp Water
• 4 drops Organic Liquid Stevia
• 1 Small Garlic Clove
• Small Chunk of fresh Ginger
