These are a staple around these parts, whether its with a simple salad, or whatever we happen to be barbequing.
Preheat oven to 400.
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. (We usually use either Russet or Golden)
Place in mixing bowl and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Add 2-3 Tbsp cumin seeds, quality sea salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 mins, flip potatoes and bake for another 20-30 mins or until they are golden brown outside and soft in the middle.
