Cinnamon Hemp Rawnola

Super easy to make and great as a topping for your favourite smoothie bowls! Here's what you'll need:


1 1/2 C pitted and roughly chopped dates (I like to buy the blocks of dates in the baking isle for this recipe so I can just slice off and pull apart what I need.)

1 C GF rolled oats

1/2 C unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 C hemp hearts

1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Place all ingredients  in food processor and mix until desired texture is reached. That's it! Enjoy!
