These little guys are the perfect energy boost! Plus, everything tastes better when they are cut out into cute little shapes! Here's what you'll need:
• 25 Pitted Dates
• 1/3 C Unsweetened Coconut
• 1/3 C GF Oats
• 1/8 C Cocoa
• 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
• Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
Add all ingredients to food processor. Pulse on high until all ingredients start to bind together in a sticky mass.
Squish mass together into a ball and place between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll with a rolling pin until about 1/4" thick.
Cut out desired shapes.
Place in a sealed container and keep in the fridge. Also extra delicious when frozen!
