Cha Cha Cha Chia... Pudding!

Couldn't decide on vanilla or chocolate so we figured the best way to solve that problem was to have both! You could leave this as vanilla by omitting the cocoa, or make it all chocolaty by doubling the cocoa. Now let's get down to the nitty gritty...


1 C almond milk

1/4 C chia seeds

1 Tbsp Maple syrup

4 drops organic liquid stevia

1 tsp vanilla

( Optional: 1 Tbsp cocoa powder or 2 Tbsp if doing only chocolate)

add all ingredients EXCEPT cocoa to a clean dish with lid. Mix together, cover and place in fridge overnight.

In the morning, take out of fridge and enjoy as is or separate into halfs, adding 1 Tbsp of cocoa to one half of pudding mixture. Spoon into dish in layers and top with whatever you want!
