Had a craving for some kind of dip today. As I opened my fridge, a container of olives was calling my name... and then this happened! Would be perfect to take along as an appetizer or gift! Think this will somehow make its way onto my next pizza.


• 1 C Drained/Pitted Kalamata Olives
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 Lemon Juiced
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• Small Handful of Fresh Parsley, Roughly Copped


Add all ingredients to small attachment bowl of food processor (if you have one. Works best with smaller portions)
Pulse on high until desired texture is reached.
Garnish with fresh parsley and olives.

Black Olive Tapenade
