INGREDIENTS:


• 1 C GF Flour (Used Cloud 9)
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Cinnamon 
• 1 Flax Egg (1 Tbs ground flax + 2 Tbsp water)
• 1/4 C Coconut Oil (melted)
• 1/2 C Coconut Palm Sugar
• 1 1/2 Mashed Ripe Bananas
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla

• 1/4 C Walnut Pieces 


INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350F.
Make flax eggs and set aside.
In a med sized bowl mix bananas, sugar, flax egg, oil and vanilla.
Mix the rest of ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add to wet ingredients until just combined
Add walnuts and fold in. 
Bake in 9 ½ inch x 4 ½ inch loaf pan for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
